I’m a 39 y/o female. My lease is up May 21, 2021. I’m looking to move ASAP.

I’m looking to rent a single bedroom, preferably with private bath (but not a deal breaker) around $700 a month, preferably including utilities (but also not a deal breaker.)

I work. A LOT. Before Covid I was cleaning residences 5-6 days a week during the day, and 1, sometimes 2 medical/commercial office buildings at night. For the past year and a half I have transitioned into and adjusted to working at night during 2nd/3rd shift hours, so anywhere from 5p - 10am, at least 4 nights per week. So I’m usually getting home from work right around the time my roommate leaves for work.

I have 1 EXTREMELY well behaved, very very sweet female cat named Mona. She is 7y/o, up to date on all shots, spayed, microchipped, and if she isn’t asleep she stays underneath me when I’m home or to herself in my room when I’m not home. I keep everything of hers in my room. She is more of like a catdog, not your typical cat, but in a good way! :)

I generally keep to myself when I’m home. Not to say I’m antisocial by any means! I’m very easy to get along with, I’m friendly, laid back, intelligent, have a great sense of humor, I don’t get offended easily, and I respect people’s space, time, belongings, etc as I would like them to respect mine.

I pay my way and I pay on time. I clean up after myself, and don’t mind cleaning the house even if it’s not my mess, it’s what I do all day and night anyway. Lol

If something doesn’t belong to be, I don’t mess with it. I own my car. I won’t have a bunch of people over. I don’t do drugs (I am 420 friendly), and rarely I’ll have a drink. I do smoke, about 4 cigarettes a day. Never inside, always outdoors away from the house. None of my belongings will smell of smoke.
