hello! my roommate moved out of state and I can no longer afford to stay at our current apartment so I’m looking for a new place. im a closing manager (work 5pm - 2am 5x a week in Del Mar, sometimes i pick up a morning shift or two); I can show proof of employment if needed. i usually spend my days off out with my girlfriend or family in the area or at home streaming video games and music on twitch. I’m not too loud while doing this, but if it might be an issue, I’m down to discuss quiet hours and sound proof if needed! I’m not home too often and mostly keep to my own room except when cooking. I rarely have guests over but I’d let you know in advance if anyone is coming

I have a well trained, neutered 6 lb emotional support dog, Bruiser, who is very sweet and quiet. I take him with me when I leave the house so he’d never be alone

I’m pretty easy going and laid back. I socially drink and smoke weed every once in a while, but never inside. I prefer to keep the shared areas clean and whatever personal mess to our respective rooms. i want to cook more but i usually bring home food from work. when I use the shared space, I make sure to clean up after I’m done and would like roommate(s) who do the same. i’m fully vaccinated and boosted

im looking in either hillcrest or between del mar and oceanside. It would be nice to be friends and do things with my future roomie(s) every once in a while but if anything, id just prefer to have a civil living environment
