Hi. I’m looking for a private room to rent in either an apartment, house or room share. I prefer to team up so we can look for a comfortable place that suite our needs. My landlord is willing to let me move out now if I find the right place, otherwise December 31st would be my preferred move in date.

I’m open to take a covid test if need be, since I’m understanding to the current circumstance at hand. I have a stable job for over a couple of years, and it’s a normal 9-5pm. I’m also a certified teacher so I have something to fall back on as well. Credentials and references will be provided upon request. I also have good credit and will do a credit check as needed. I have no kids, and no girlfriend at this time. The room will only be occupied by me, and I seldom bring visitors.

I’ve lived with roommates and understand what it means to respect one another’s space. I can be social, but can also keep to myself. I cook quick meals, and keep clean as well as contribute to household chores. Cleanliness is important to me. I love to read, go for runs, and stay healthy.
