Brianna & Sergio

Husband and wife with a baby on the way, due in March. My husband Sergio works for medline in the warehouse. He usually leaves for work in the early afternoon and gets home between 8-12. I’m currently a student with hopes of being a stay at home mom the first few months after baby arrives. In our free time were both gamers, I love to cook homemade meals and we have no problem sharing multiple meals a week with housemates. And will even ask if you have requests for dinner from time to time.

Were quiet open minded homebodies who very rarely have anyone over, except for the occasional family visit. Most of our family lives near or in Tracy CA so we usually are the ones who leave to visit them. We don’t mind smokers of any kind as long as they don’t smoke in the house. Were fine with our roommate having animals as long as they pick up after them and are willing to take the time to properly introduce our animals to eachother.

We have a sweet and well behaved, well mannered german Shepherd rescue that most of the time is very quiet and only alerts us to strange noises. She’s never barked at a door bell or knock on the door and usually is a big couch potato. She potty trained and crate trained. In all honesty she looks very intimidating but is a big ol baby.

We also have a Large black Cat that is also a big couch potato that loves to cuddle. He’s litter trained and has never had an accident. He can be quite skiddish around new people for the first week or two and will probably bolt away the first few times you try to pet him. Although he will beg if he sees someone has chicken.

We don’t mind having multiple roommates or rooming with a couple. Were just looking for someone open minded, polite, doesn’t host many parties, and is animal and baby friendly.
