Looking for room to rent. I am moving to California from Minnesota. Looking for a place closer to the beach, but honestly open to anything depending on when i get a job. anything will be an upgrade from living in Minnesota. Very chill lifestyle - I like the beach, getting into surfing and skateboarding. Hanging out and have a beer or two, or going out and bar drinking/eating. I am a musician and play guitar, but would never be loud, I store my equipment other than the acoustic when im not using it. Clean and organized, and have previous renting experience.
