I am a 30 year old woman looking for someone to split rent with me. I am a teacher, so I have a steady source of income. I wake up early and go to bed pretty early. I keep a clean home and spend a lot of time listening to books on my headphones, working, or running outside. I do have three, friendly cats but I have enclosed litter boxes (which I clean multiple times a day) that keep the smell to an absolute minimum. I also vacuum daily to keep the cat hair off the floor and furniture.
