I am a young professional moving to San Diego from Denver sometime in January looking for a room or a someone to team up with to find a place.

I am from Denver most recently and I enjoy the outdoors/beach/camping etc. I am a huge traveler and was supposed to be working in Dublin for 2 years before the virus. I like to have fun just as much as I prefer to have quiet time. I prefer to go out to others for large social events (pre-Covid), but I will occasionally have a dinner party for friends at my place. I love to cook and it is hard to cook for just 1, so I hope you like homemade meals.

I have an amazing dog, Finn – he is so great that my local vet lets him hang out in the office when I need someone to watch him. He is a mix breed that I describe as a Dingo/Tiger/Hyena (non Pitt nor other restricted breeds) and he loves to chase other dogs at the dog park vs chasing a ball. He gets along great with other dogs.

I am 420 friendly and am trying to quit cigs – I only smoke outdoors and usually only while having a drink.

My ideal space would have: –Patio or backyard so we can enjoy the beautiful weather –Walking distance to a beach or dog park –Walking distance to restaurants/bars/grocery –A nice kitchen to cook in
