Seeking a long term lease. Will probably be working often, substitute teaching, and classroom assisting (for Pre-K - Elementary Grades). Definitely interested in teaming up for renting a nicer property in the Egg Harbor Township area.

Love my current share in Linwood, but saw roomy availabilities in EHT.

Note: This is my second experience on roomies, and please reply if you’d like to keep our unit homelike, comfy and welcoming, as if it is a real home, not a boarding house.

Also: walls are thin, and we can be heard talking about one another so please, just treat roommates like family, not cohabitating strangers. Thank you.
