I am a retired from Federal Gvt with secure income. I live in FL but will be in Northern VA for at least a year to be close to my grown children and their families. I’m looking for an immediate 1-year rental.
I am a quiet person, keep regular hours, have a few friends in the area. I have family living in Fairfax, Fredericksburg and Baltimore. I have a companion dog (Quincy) who is 13. He is non-aggressive, neutered male, does not shed or bark; housebroken, gets along with other pets, especially cats.
