I would prefer to room with a female in my age group. I’m trying to sell my house and will need some place to stay once it is sold. My goal is to buy a house but it will take time to find something I like in my price range. I have a small dog (12 pounds) and a cat, same size, they are both friendly. My sister has moved to Eustis and since I’m now a widower I want to be closer to her. I don’t like drama, I’m pretty calm and laid back. I like to read, watch TV, garden (with your permission) and bead (I make jewelry). I used to rent rooms out so I have a pretty good idea of what NOT to do. I’d rather rent furnishef so I don’t have to take stuff out of storage but I can furnish, if necessary. if there are 2 rooms that’s even better since I may try and earn money through transcription and I’d need room to set up my computer (and it would allow me to get my beading supplies out of storage). I prefer utilities included so I know what my budget is every month. I’ve listed December 1st but I don’t have any real idea since the house is not yet sold.
