I am quiet. I stay to myself. Need the MOST reliable Internet to teach on line. Private Bathroom–one that only I use/clean, etc. No loud music, but other noise is fine. I am clean. I don’t need to have any company, except when one of my adult children pick me up to do something. I have no problem with children in the house. I have 6 awesome grandchildren. I have a master’s degree. Really just need a place to stay for a while until I decide where I want to live and teach while I’m getting my doctorate. PS. I have enough money to pay first, last and security.
