Sophie & Dmitry

Hi there, my name is Sophie (26/F), and my partner Dmitry (29/M) and we both live in Plantation with family, however we are looking to move out together at this time. We’re looking to move and rent either in the same city or in a bordering/nearby city in the Fort Lauderdale or general South Florida areas sometime between early July and late August. I work at a Target Starbucks currently as a barista and am looking for better work opportunities. Dmitry is currently a credentialing specialist with a healthcare company and is also looking for better work opportunities. We generally can afford up to $1200-1300/month for rent and internet/utilities altogether.
We also have a cuddly & talkative black cat ESA named Frank (M/3yr old), he generally does well with other pets & people/ignores them (he likes to stay around us mostly), so we are fine if others have cat-friendly pets/ESA’s as well. Ideally, we’d love places that have some backyard or personal space outdoors and a nice kitchen to cook/bake in, and we’re cool with other tenants sharing a home with us, reach out if you’re interested and would like to meet up via Zoom that way everyone can be present/meet in one group and feel it out. We’re usually quite reserved and busy with work, and likely will stay in our room or be out of the house otherwise, but we will sometimes utilize other parts of the home. However, we would love to have a cozier home environment where we can be friends and hang out together, garden, taking turns cooking dinner, etc! We don’t want anyone to feel uncomfortable, so please communicate openly with us and we will do the same!
