Hello everyone, I am a professional working on the tech industry, originally from Europe and moving temporarily to work in NYC. I am looking to find a nice furnished room to rent in a nice place to share with one or two roommates, professionals, or postgraduate students that are financially stable, clean, neat, non-smoking, respectful, and easy-going. A place where common areas are clean, minimal, and clutter-free. Roommates who keep a clean room and can appreciate a clean organized environment.

ME: My place of work is in Midtown Manhattan and I will be working there long hours during weekdays. I am a non-smoker, considerate, quiet, friendly, mature, social, financially stable, follow Premier League, French, and other EU football, Six Nations Rugby, F1, and Tennis Grand Slam tournaments. I snowboard and practice martial arts whenever I have a chance and live a healthy lifestyle.
