If you’re looking for someone who is trusthworthy, friendly, personable, exceptionally neat, quiet and respectful then I may be your fit. I do smoke ( only cigs ) but would never smoke near a non smoker nor in their home. Although I am in my 50’s you’d never know it by appearance. Friends laugh and tell me I have that Benjamin Buttons disease where I’m aging in reverse. :) I think it’s just good DNA. I admit I’m a work a holic. I’m one of the lucky ones in that I love my job. I am an admin assistant for a local organization providing a blanket of care to the community from medical and dental care to behavioral health care. My ideal location would be within the Antelope, Elverta, North Highlands area to make the commute to work easy. I come with multiple references along with a complete transparency in prior tenancy. I’m looking for possibly a lease from 6 to 12 months. The reason I’m looking to rent a room is to cut living costs and create a savings.
