Hi, I’m going to be a recent undergrad in January and my lease is up April 1, I’d like to stay in the providence area and find a room to rent that’s under $700. I’m currently living in a house renting a room for $650 with everything included except WiFi and pay for the washing machine. I have two jobs as well working in a library and in retail. I’m hoping to stay in providence for a year or two more to do my masters.
