Hello, my name is Michelle and I have an introverted and extroverted personality. I keep to myself and stay in my own space when I live with someone else though. Also, I work from home 100% of the time, respect others, and keep a clean living space. I am looking for a solo room, bills included, with a private bathroom if possible. A fast wifi connection with at least 259.3 Mbps speed is pertinent due to needing it for my job. In addition, I would prefer to live with someone who shares the same personality traits and living habits as myself. Most importantly, someone who respects quiet times, (11pm-5am), during the work week. Also, I would like access to an on-site gym. Lastly, I would like the permission to install my own deadbolt or digital keypad if one is not present already. My preferred move in date is Saturday, January 6, 2024. Please message me only if you know you will be able to accommodate me. I know this is a pretty thorough summary but I like to be upfront with my expectations.
