I am 35, independent, stable & respectful. I have lived on my own since I was 18 years old so I know what it entails to keep a home running, like paying bills on time, stocking up on household items before they run out, and sharing costs equally with roommates. Respect is huge for me and it goes both ways. I have lived on my own and lived with roommates so equally fulfilling responsibilities is also very important to me. Everyone should be contributing to keep the house running. I have a very good work ethic, so I keep a pretty consistent routine, work, work, work and then enjoy my time off doing things outdoors, trying new things and living my best life possible. No DRAMA. I am financially stable, thoughtful of others, respectful of your space, your boundaries & your opinions. I am reliable, dependable & my word means everything. I have lived on my own, with roommates & also with my ex-fiancé so I am well rounded as far as adapting to the type of person I am living with and am very aware that everyone is very different and I love and accept everyone for who they are. No judgement here. I am easy to get along with & I am approachable so when it comes to discussing house issues or just general house topics I’m open minded and always try to see your point of view and I respect it.
