My name is walter. I am dependable. I am very friendly. I get along with everyone. I am a disabled veteran and a handyman. I served our country in the US Army for 10 years. I am going through a divorce and I am looking for a home closer to my children. I smoke cigarettes and have my medical Marijuana license but I do not smoke indoors. This is not a permanent situation for me. I am looking to buy another home in the near future (2 months to a year). I dont have good credit, still waiting on my divorce to be finalized. I do have a background and I am willing to fully disclose the details over the phone or in person. I was falsely accused and convicted of a crime over 10 years ago. I have only had couple speeding ticket since😅.
