Hi!!! Me and my boyfriend of 5 years are looking for a room to rent due to the recent chaos of a messy divorce at the house we rent at now. We are very friendly, easy going, reliable, and easy to get along with. He works from home doing computer coding . I own my own business, Designs By Naicia, designing and selling my handmade accessories, artwork, and home decor, as well as get disability for a hip injury, which means guaranteed income and ability to afford rent. In addition, I am a little OCD about cleaning (as well as use it as an anti stress tool) so you will never have to worry about the cleanliness of our room/area. I do have 2 small dogs, Ollie and Odie that are fully house trained, super loving, have very fun personalities, are reasonably quiet, and are always available to play or cuddle.
