In a perfect world, we would find someone who shares the same values as us and is equally as considerate of others as we are. We don’t expect you to be our best friend if you don’t want to be, but do expect that it will be easy to live with one another. As we are all around 29-32 age range, we have graduated past the early 20s drama range and would prefer that our home remain drama-free. A few of us are good cooks, so hopefully you like food. Outside of that, we are just looking for someone who has stability in their income, who is a chill individual, and who is just looking for a great place to live with a great group of guys. Any time we have a conflict, we are very open and quick to resolve. We don’t believe in bottling things up because we want everyone to be comfortable and happy as it is their home too. That being said, we rarely, if ever, have any problems. Two out of the three of us are 420 friendly and will most likely spend a fair amount of their free time partaking in recreational flower. With that in mind, they are very respectful of others when partaking. We like the common areas to be clean, especially the kitchen. We all are very conscious of others and like to treat others the way we would want to be treated. If we have any guests over (yours or ours) we want to be proud of the home they are seeing and not embarrassed by any messes in the common areas. 2 of us working the restaurant industry (one a manager at a high-end restaurant, the other a chef for Microsoft), and I, work as a Technical Account Manager/Associate Product Manager for a traffic data company. We’re big into outdoorsy type stuff such as disc golfing, hiking, camping, things like that. But we also enjoy cooking, playing games (video, board, card, any game), watching movies/TV, etc. We currently have 3 of us looking to expand out search to a bigger/better home that is cost effective with an additional 4th.
