I am a 23-year-old male professional looking for a 1 bed/studio or a roommate (preferably male similar in age) to share a 2 bed/2 bath in Northern Virginia. I currently live in Leesburg but am looking to move around Dulles (within 20 miles of IAD), preferably areas like Ashburn, Reston, Chantilly, Centerville, Sterling, or Tysons. I am looking to lease for the entire year of 2022 and to move in no later than January 1st, 2022. The Maximum I’m willing to pay is $1400/month including utilities. I work for a small engineering/aerospace company which requires a good amount of travel (up to 3 weeks at a time). I am an active person who is fitness oriented and enjoys the outdoors. I am clean and sociable but tend to be a quiet roommate. I’m interested in meeting new people and am looking to room with someone who is clean, respectful of space, and would be down to grab drinks every so often.
