I am a quiet, tidy and responsible, Christian middle-aged female looking for a peaceful room rental environment. I would love to find a furnished room with a private bath and internet access, to rent month-to-month/3 months up to a year. I am studying Applied Psych with Biblical focus with intention to move forward working on a Masters in Theology after my bachelors. I work as an Administrator for a local church. My operating budget available to pay rent is $500 to $650/month. I spend most of my spare time at the moment working on homework. I would be an ideal roommie/renter for a lady who is around my age or older. I do not have any pets of my own, but I do love animals, so am willing to rent from someone who has pets. I would like to find a place to move as early as October 1, 2020. Thank you.
