Hello! I am an Encinitas native looking for a one bedroom with a private bathroom or can share but must be clean. I am happily single and career oriented. I prefer someone who is clean, laid back and also desires a stress free and comfortable living space. I am financially stable have no problem pitching in on whatever the house may need. I work full time so rarely home during the day. I am an open book who enjoys working out and going on runs, but mainly just keep to myself.
