I’m a 23 year old professional looking to rent a room or team up. I am new to the area and would like to be friends with my roommate or at least get along well so we have an easy going environment. I like to stay to myself or socialize depending on the day! I like a calm environment, I’m very clean and keep my things neat. I’m looking for an empty spacious room with a private bathroom. I have two cats that are service animals and would ideally stay in my room even when i am working.
