My partner and I (he is 29 and I am 27) are looking for a couples room in the Steamboat area. Looking to pay $1000 ($500 each) per month or as close to that as possible. We are working in the ski industry for the winter season so will be looking for a 6 month (maybe 7 if flexible) rental. We can also do month-to-month. We are both social but quiet, mature and like being outdoors. We ski, hike, bike and rock climb. We are looking for housemates that are also courteous and a bonus if you want to do outdoor activities with us! A beer after a long day’s adventure is standard but we are not big on parties or going out to bars every night.
