Hi, I’m Frank. I work for a tree service based in Snoqualmie (4 years, ground foreman), and I have a wonderful cat named Toby who is very much a ‘people’ cat. Toby also likes dogs.

Here is a look at an average day for myself:

We typically work mon-thurs, and I get up and make breakfast and a smoothie (about 60 seconds of blender noise) anywhere from 5:45 AM to 7 AM, depending on our selected start time, which can fluctuate depending on the job location. I try to be in bed, lights off, by 10 at the latest.

I usually get off work around 2-3:00, at which point I may come home to change/refresh, and then I’m off to go for a hike in the middle fork, the I90 corridor or Snoqualmie pass. In the winter I ski tour as much as I can, sometimes I’ll ride lifts at Alpental.

I’m friendly, but mostly keep to myself. I have a handful of people I consider to be friends, and we usually spend time together doing activities outside. Introverted, very much so. If you want to scramble a peak or bushwack up some random mountain drainage with me, that’d be great.

I’m looking for a low/no drama household, and while I am totally fine your friends and guests, I’d like to avoid a house with 24/7 revolving door of people coming in and out, loudness and commotion/ partying all the time etc.

I don’t play video games or watch TV, just the occasional youtube wormhole..

Music is big in my life, and am happy to turn it up if we’re both in the mood (house cleaning/washing the cars/ projects/making dinner/doing dishes are times when I enjoy louder music). I also play guitar, but typically in private/solo and for myself. I’ve played for 20 years now.

I try not to negatively impact people around me with the things that I do, be considerate, and try to surround myself with people who act similarly.
