Hi ! Quick summary about me.

  1. I work in DTLA / not home almost all week due to work (wake up leave early and usually stay late). Work In finance.

  2. Went to USC / born and raised in the valley. I love yoga, spas, mani pedis, good books, relaxing, my weeks are so hectic that weekends are a time to decompress.

  3. I am not a big party person - no worries about huge rangers or people coming over. No boyfriend to deal with either lol

  4. I am respectful of others and communicate so there are never problems. I don’t get upset - I am a pretty easy going person to live with. I was raised to be polite and have manners.

  5. I am clean and respectful of others things as well. I don’t use without permission I don’t use and not put back as it was before I do not leave trash around. I value a clean/peaceful/home to live in.

  6. Gainfully employed - have never been late on a car or rent payment before. I value the dollar and pay what is owed.

  7. Full Disclouser: I do have a two year old German Shepherd, her name is Penelope. Don’t freak out! She was the runt so she is actually very lean and small - not your avg looking Shepherd. She is professionallay trained working dog therefore is more of an asset then a nuisance. She is beyond loving, to everyone-dogs, kids, cats- just not to anyone who tries to break into the home (at least you will get a free alarm system and know your home is always protected). During the week she will not be at home she will have my schedule - she will be at daycare - weekends she is out mostly we go to dog parks and she comes with me to do errands etc. IMPORTANT - If any landlord has a problem with her breed you can let them know that she is a fully certified “working dog” therefore she is not considered a “pet” and cannot discrimate housing either to the tenant or potential tenant - no fee can be charged no deposit can be charged they cannot restrict you in any way even if their policy stares no pets, it’s the law. She is fully housebroken, loves to play ball and watch real housewives with me or nap not in the puppy stage so she is calm. She will never be left alone in the house. She is a sweetheart and anyone’s who has met her has admired her discipline and how loving she is.
