I’m 29, have owed a house and rented for 7 years, recent break up, And looking for a place to move to. I have a 5year old 110lb german shepherd named moose, he’s a great guard dog but hesitant around new people until he gets comfortable I have a 5x10 steel kennel for him to stay in during the day, I’m a full time mechanic in roseville for Gm repair center been there for 5 years, and if a garage Space is available for my tools that’s a plus, willing to pay extra for the space
