I am very clean organized man. I have a full time career that requires me to work excessive hours. Looking for a basement and/or one 1-2 bedroom. I work 10+ hrs Mon.-Friday. So I would only be in the home 2-3 times per week. Very friendly but choose to keep to myself. I have 3 children who will visit me mostly on the weekends(every other weekend).
