Hi I’m Phillip. I am disabled (do not require any accommodations), my income is from SSDI so I will be on premises most of the time. Since I’m on Social Security my max budget is $650/month but must include utilities & wifi. (I know that’s not a lot but on the bright side SSDI is permanent income, I can’t be laid off from it & the rent will ALWAYS be paid.) I will need a written rental agreement, am willing to sign for 6 months or year term. I need at least a 10x10 room, larger would be great if available, with at least a normal sized closet-say 5 foot wide. If you do contact me some pics of the room would be greatly appreciated as I have my own furniture & need to try & see how it will fit. I also cannot share a restroom with more than 1 person (part of my disabilities.) I am a 44 yr old gay male, prefer to rent from another gay male but open as long as gay friendly. Also looking for a QUIET-no yelling/fighting, blasting TV/radio…non-party, non-smoking environment without a lot of people coming & going. Especially quiet after 10pm, which is the normal county ordinance. Also for my disability benefits I have to have proof of my rent payment so I can only pay by check or electronically which are traceable, not cash or money order.
