Hey! I’m from London so you’ll prob love my accent and culture - I’ve lived out here in Woodland Hills for the last 4 years I hit the ground running with a really good sales job selling luxury travel.

I was making big commissions and have my own one bedroom apartment. Obviously since corona I’ve left luxury travel sales and am now doing well in Real Estate sales.

While the base still supports me, I feel its smart to downgrade how I’m living and either have someone set up in the living room for less than $850pm (well spaced with a beautiful balcony view) or look at moving into someone else’s existing spot.

I am writing this on 8/6/2020 and when I get home from work I’ll tidy my place spotless and do a video / pictures of my current place as i’d rather have someone move into the place I’ve already got and hopefully we can house hack our way to the top!
