Hello - My existing lease expires soon and I am looking for a short term living arrangement before making a more permanent relocation. I am a kind, responsible, energetic, hard working, 52 year old, heterosexual, white male. I keep a clean house and respect other peoples property as well as my own. I am a native Floridian and have a warm easy going personality. I bring zero drama to the table and would like to room with someone that offers the same. I do not abuse alcohol or drugs and I can abide by the house rules. I am always willing to do my part around the house and am skilled in home repair and improvement and would have no problem applying my skills to your home. A bad roommate can make life miserable and I can promise you, I will not be your bad roommate so please don’t be mine. When I’m not working I enjoy mountain biking, kayaking, working out, Netflix and enjoy cooking simple healthy meals. I am friendly and don’t want to be a stranger to the person I’m rooming with but I also value my privacy. A pleasant human being with good communication skills would be a huge plus.
