I’m 21 and looking for a private studio or a roommate to get a place with or even a room at a house with people closer to my age! Willing to move really anywhere in SoCal but was looking in Orange County/Riverside County area. I have 2 cats (super friendly to humans but don’t like barking dogs but usually stay in my room anyways). I am very clean, laid back, and do Instacart during the week and starting school this month so will be busy with those 2 things. I smoke marijuana but can always do it privately or away if it’s an issue. I would love to have a roommate that is interested in becoming friends but if you are looking more to just move out and keep to yourself I will respect that as well! I would like to have guests over at times and some nights over night guests and I don’t mind what you do as long as you’re respectful about everything! I would prefer to live with girls only because I would feel more comfortable. I love cooking so I would always be down to make us meals! Message me if you’re interested!
