I am a 30 years old hard working man. I am easy going, friendly and very clean. I have a dog who is my best friend and take pride in keeping him clean and friendly as well. I am always willing to participate in household chores. I have my own car. It would be ideal if the utilities were also included with the rent price. I work 40 hours a week. In my off time I work out, stay healthy, take my dog to the park or to go running with me.
