Tori, Luke & Rob

hi! i’m Tori, a 22 year old recent college graduate and young professional. i currently live with two other roommates; Luke (21) and Rob (22). we’ve lived together for a lease already and know that we get along very well. we currently live in Sugarhouse, and our landlord is selling our house so we’re looking to sign a new lease starting april 1. our fourth roommate will not be signing the lease so we’re looking for another roomie to join in! we’d like to stick to the Sugarhouse area but are open to downtown too. we’re looking to pay around $550 each as a ballpark for rent. i have a well behaved and trained australian shepherd who will be living in the house, so we are not looking for any more pet owners. we’re all super easygoing and respectful roommates. keeping our home clean is a priority, and we will not tolerate a messy roommate. all three of us are snowboarders and we also enjoy climbing, skating, hiking, running, movie Monday’s, and we hang out a lot! we are not LDS, and we’re not just roommates we’re also very close friends. we’re definitely looking for somebody who matches our vibe well. we’re flexible about the start time of the lease, so even if you’re looking to start a lease May 1st, we might be able to make something work. message me if you’re interested and we can meet up asap!
