Hi! I was born and raised in Georgia. I recently moved back from Columbus Ohio. I was there temporarily to help start my dads business. I’m looking for a room, I’ve lived with roommates a few times. I’m good at communicating and following house rules. I’m very courteous and I communicate well if issues do arise. I’m friendly; I pay early if the homeowner is comfortable with that. I’m very clean, bathroom, kitchen, my room. I have no problem helping out with chores. If it’s everyone for themselves, I can also be independent and not bother roommates. I like keeping to myself, I also work from home with starting my side business. I’m the perfect roommate! I also own 2 very well behaved cats. If the rooms unfurnished I’m willing to pay up to $400. If it’s nicely furnished with a private bathroom I’m willing to pay up to $600.
