Easy to get along with, I can be more or less sociable depending on my mood & roommate’s desires. I’m a happy person. I keep common areas neat & clean. I am mostly a homebody. I’m retired with a stable income.

My housemates enjoy living with me. I am moving because they are selling the house and moving to a smaller place. They will give me an excellent reference.

I am very conscientious about keeping those around me safe from COVID-19, wearing a mask, gloves as necessary, washing hands and using hand sanitizer. I have a sewing machine and want to make more masks. I recently tested negative for COVID-19.

I can move anytime between August 1 and September 3.
