from home now doing remote access programming and repairing corporate networks and phones. That being said I am very happy to pay extra towards the utilities to offset any increase that I cause im quiet and nerdy and kind and respectful I prefer to live with others i hate empty quiet homes. So just knowing someone is out there is calming. I would to prefer to become fast friends then strangers sharing space I hope you agree. No hard feelings if your not just say Na and I’ll keep my distance I’m not a big drinker or smoke pot. But have no problems if you partake.all ask is knock at closed doors please dont steal from me and dont be afraid to tell me if something I think is amusing is actually the opposite. It shouldn’t happen to often I’m funny but when I’m not Tell me I won’t ever discuss topics we all know drive the world nuts I dont have opinions on who you pray to. who you wake up to or where you called home .unless your a Yankees fan. I don’t mind sharing and will never deny food to anyone so if hungry and it’s there have at. Dont worry I never help myself to anything not belonging me and will never help myself to anything not belonging to me. I dont mind sharing chores to keep a clean home especially when Its a merry maid Lol .I dont enjoy sharing. hygiene lol products I don’t do sleepovers or family visits so no need to worry it’s personal choice I could care less who visits you. I’ll always make them welcome I’m a great host love meeting new people. One last thing if you want to save lots of money on cable just ask. And my goal is to pay for almost entire first year’s rent on moving day this way it’s done and plus it makes a great tie breaker if multiple applications are taken. I rather have one less thing to pay every month
