I am 35 year old single mother. I am looking by to rent a basement apartment or a shared living space with my 3 kids. We can all share a bedroom. I have been staying in Alabama temporarily and need to get back to Virginia. I do not currently have a job but can pay the first couple months up front while I secure employment in the area. Having the rent will not be an issue. We just need someone to take a chance on us and I promise that I will have a job after I get there.
