Hello,

My name is Orlando and I am relocating to Santa Bárbara from New York for a job that starts on July 20th. I’m a single 35 year old single gay man, I don’t smoke or have any pets. I work in the spa and hotel industry and will be working in Montecito, which looks like a short drive from your location. Ideally, I would prefer a 6-month lease, but could go longer, if necessary. I’ll be arriving to SB on July 17th.

On a personal level, I’m pretty low-key. I don’t party and rarely have people over. I like spending time outdoors and do a bit of cooking at home. When I’m not at work I’m usually researching some random interest, or working on drawings. I’m looking for living arrangements that would be conducive to that.
