I am a 50 year old professional who is looking to rent a room for a year or so until l move out of state. I work on Riverside Dr. so I am looking for something in the south or central Austin area. I work a normal Mon-Fri 7:30-4:30 schedule, go to the gym after work, and bicycle on the weekends. I am quite and respectful and I am totally nonjudgmental and I am cool with whatever you are into. I own a paid-off vehicle, have money in the bank, and will never have a problem coming up with rent. I am neat and tidy and easy to get along with. Give me a shot!
