I’m laid back and punctual, with my bills and when I’m expected places. I just moved here from Phoenix, I love it! I don’t mind a short lease or a year long lease. I want to get my own place after I get a better job but I’m looking to stay a couple of months to a year while I get everything together. I am employed currently working for a company in Phoenix but I’m working remotely. I figure since we aren’t going back to the office anytime soon now would be a good time to explore my options. I do have a dog. She’s very well behaved and a total people lover. She gets along well with cats, she’s not fond of other dogs though. She is good with children but sadly, I am not. Loud ones make us both nervous. I have jokes sometimes but usually, I’m pretty quiet, except right after work. I like to chat then! I’m a cross between a web designer and customer service. I talk to, and email people, all day but sometimes I actually get to code and create custom web pages. I enjoy what I do but I yearn for more. I went to college a couple of times, got married and divorced 10+ years ago, and was a cat person until my trees man introduced me to the coolest dog ever! I’m house-trained and know how to act respectable. I clean after myself but I’m not a clean freak either. I will gladly split household chores with you or go in on a cleaning service. I’m partially disabled so some of the chores are more excruciating than others. I work, I pay my bills, I don’t require a lot of attention. I’m not at all familiar with the area yet and not locked into my choices above. I do blaze and I am a smoker so I need to be able to smoke outside somewhere. I’m open to finding a place with someone as well. I keep it real and I would hope that you do too. I don’t crap where I sleep so to speak. may you be blessed and may the odds be ever in our favor.
