Hi! As a professional woman in my early 50’s, who has lived and worked in the Temecula Valley on and off since 1992, single mom who raised an amazing (I don’t say that…everyone tells me!!) 22 yo son, and lover of all things creative, beautiful and wine country related…I first and foremost believe I am a good roommate to those who respect privacy, cleanliness and beautiful things. I have often shared homes over the years with friends also raising children so that our kids didn’t suffer if money was tight. Now, my son is successful and lives in LA - he still likes to visit occasionally…since he loves wine country as much as I do!! We had an amazing home in Murrieta that we Air BnB’d a sweet downstairs area for a few years, so I am very familiar with sharing, cleanliness, and respecting people and their personalities!! I work full time 4.5 days a week. The other days, if not enjoying a (hopefully you have) beautiful pool, BBQ, patio area…then I am enjoying wine country with friends! I do love to entertain…I love to cook - when in the mood…am always mindful of cleaning up my mess and that of any guests I may have over!!! The ONLY overnight guest I would ever have might be my son once a month or so…. My ideal situation would be to share a beautiful wine country pool home with other creative professionals…with at least one guest room that Is always open for our kids/grandkids/guests to be able to enjoy!!
