Hello, I am a local school teacher (also raised in this area) I am respectful, clean, organized, and keep to myself. I am not into parties or loud music (though if that’s your thing that’s fine). My idea of a nice evening is relaxing quietly with Netflix. I am a music teacher, so I often come home late after performances. I am hoping to find a place to live for the next 1-2 years. I have been proactive with keeping safe during the Pandemic. I enjoy quiet evenings, with an occasional friend or two over for dinner. I also love animals, though I do not have any of my own. I am looking for a 12 month lease, with a possibility for extension. I have never paid rent late, and am only leaving my current rental because the owners are selling their home. I am in a long term/committed 9 year relationship with a gentlemen who lives in Manassas city, taking care of his parents. He would like to occasionally visit me. And you may find that I can be out of the house for days/weeks at a time to see him. I am looking for a place for either the 1st of August or the 1st of September.
