Hello my name is Anya. I’m 23 years old, Black female. I recently relocated from Washington D.C. Due to COVID, my school campus shut down. I just began a full time job and am looking for a roommate to split costs with. Because I don’t really know what’s going on with life: whether I’ll be staying in Cleveland or heading somewhere else, when I’ll return to school, I’d like to keep my lease month to month preferably or 3 or 6 months versus a 1 year lease.
