Hey Everyone! My name’s Eddy. I’m looking to make the move from PB. My budget is ~$1200.

I have proof of consistent income that puts me at or above San Diego’s median income, rental & personal references, and that I pay rent on time. My preferred move date is ~Dec. 1 I was raised by refugees, am prior-service Marine Corps (years ago…), into self-improvement, be that going to gym or yoga & meditation. Lately I’ve kept to myself but love interacting with people.

I’d ideally like to find a stable place with a good vibe and reliable people that don’t have a problem cleaning up after themselves. Want to be friends? I’m there for it. Everyone just do their own thing? That’s cool too.

Even though I don’t partake, I am 420 friendly. I advocate for responsible plant medicine as well. I have a cat that honestly acts more like a dog than a cat. Like leash-trained, lays around, barks at birds, sits on command, likes people. Paying a pet deposit is never an issue.
