Hi all! My name is Olivia, I am a community college student transferring to Sacramento State in Spring of 2021. I’m looking for a really cool, fun group of people that I can live with. I am 100% drama free, and super friendly. I am single and I do not have any pets or children. I do not smoke myself, but it does not bother me one bit if the rest of the house does. I do drink, I like to go out, but I am very respectful of those around me and never party or get too loud in the house. Private room is a must, shared bathroom is ok! I’m open to female or co-ed living arrangements (my last apartment was co-ed). I’d prefer to rent a room in a house but I am also open to apartment living. I am from West Sac so I am very familiar with the Sacramento area. I have never been evicted and have a clean record of on time payment.
