I live in Roseville and am paid up ‘till the end of July. I am financially stable and can verify that if it helps. I cook and clean up after myself. Honest and trustworthy. I have more than one past roommate to tell you I’m easy to live with. Also landlord references to make sure you know I pay my rent on time. Other than that — I love pine trees and wildlife. Fresh air. Things like that to keep me spiritually healthy. Hard worker. Have life almost figured out! Sense of humor too, love to laugh, light hearted.
