I’m going through a rough patch right now and in need of a room by later this year. I’m a quiet and easygoing person and I love to meet new people.

I’m looking for an apartment near my job near the Sea World area. I would like someone, preferably female and near or younger my age, who would want to be my roommate, to share rent and utilities with. I want the place to be on a bus line since I don’t have a car yet. I can afford at the most $700 with no deposit and utilities included.

About me: I’m 35 years old. I work full-time at a fast-food restaurant. When I’m not at work, I’m in the bed watching YouTube videos on my laptop computer. I’m passionate about music, as I practice my bass guitar and play my records sometimes. I want my own private bedroom but wouldn’t mind sharing a bathroom if has to be like that. I’m fairly quiet and I prefer someone who is kind, compassionate, nonjudgemental, and clean.

I’m looking to move by December 29th.

I have a clean background.

I’m drug-free and I don’t smoke. I would like for my roommate to smoke outside, but ideally not smoke.

I prefer no pets at the apartment, and I bring no pets with me.
