Looking for a room/ roommate. I work fulltime M-F and go to school. Doing online courses currently. Interested in teaming up also.

At this point, I’m widening my search/ locations, so I can hopefully find someone willing to be roomies. I have my own furniture, so room does not have to be furnished.

I’m chill, quiet, active, enjoy outdoor activities, going to the beach, working out or staying in watching Netflix/Hulu etc. I’m also outgoing and friendly. I respect everyone’s privacy and expect the same in return. I have a 1yr old son who is playful and an all around happy little boy. I have him during the week and then every other weekend he will be away. I usually keep to myself, but with time, I’m a funny/ cool person and enjoy hanging out, laughing and having a good time. Will also help in keeping the place neat and tidy. I have 2 cats that are friendly, well behaved & litter box trained. They are great around children also. I’m hoping I don’t have to rehome them, as they helped me get through my split and I have had them since I moved here. I can keep them in my room if it is a concern. They sleep most of the day anyways. I don’t mind if there are other animals around. I’m not a messy person and clean up after my son as well. During the day my son and I will be away at work/ daycare and once we are home, we usually have dinner, can keep to ourselves and be quiet/watch movies or whatever. My son is on a schedule, so we’re usually pretty active, out and about throughout the day til bedtime. Which he sleeps pretty well, so noise shouldn’t be a problem. I don’t party or do drugs, but don’t mind hanging out or having a chill night with drinks or whatever. I love meeting new people, but I also respect everyone’s space & privacy, so if they want peace and quiet, I can respect that, as there are times I like to keep to myself also.

I’m just looking for a safe environment for my son & I and a place where we can call home for the time being.
